Such termination may result in the irreversible loss of access to your Account, associated credentials, user identity, virtual personas, and all linked digital entitlements. This includes, but is not limited to, Virtual Currency, Virtual Goods, and any other digital assets, statuses, or recognitions accrued within the service environment. You agree that the obligations and provisions outlined in these Terms shall remain in full force and effect following any termination of your Account or the services.
Intellectual Property Framework
All materials, designs, code, and content presented within the services are protected by intellectual property laws. Any use not expressly authorized by these Terms constitutes an infringement of copyright, trademark, and other protective statutes, potentially leading to legal claims and penalties.

User-Generated Content and Responsibilities

However, by submitting User Content, you grant Madili a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and its legality. We do not routinely pre-screen User Content and assume no liability for it. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove any content that violates these Terms. These standards apply uniformly to all communication channels, including text and voice chat.
By submitting User Content, you waive any applicable moral rights or rights of publicity/privacy. To the extent any right, title, or interest in User Content is not automatically transferred, you hereby irrevocably assign such rights to Madili.
Account Management and Security
Access to our services may require an Account, created either directly with Madili or through a linked third-party social network. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete Registration Data. Each user is permitted only one primary Account per platform. You are responsible for all activities under your Account and must maintain confidentiality of your login credentials. Impersonation, unauthorized access, or harvesting of other users' information is strictly prohibited.
Policy Revisions
We may update these Terms periodically. The most current version will be posted on our official channels. Your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
